how to brew...
traditional method
place 2 teaspoons of gopi chai,
1 cup milk and 1 cup water into
a pot, bring to a gentle simmer,
remove from heat. steep 3-4 mins.
stir and strain into a cup or jug.
sweeten with honey or to taste.

plunger or teapot method
add 1 teaspoon chai per person plus
1 teaspoon for the pot
add 1/3 hot water
add 2/3 warm milk
stir to infuse
cover & steep for 3mins or longer
tips or suggestions
milks - cow, soy, rice, oat, almond
(avoid letting any type of milk boil over...only just bring up to the boil)
sweetner options - honey, sugar, stevia, agave
variations - add sliced ginger, or vanilla pod

milk and water can be adjusted to required tastes
